Hi, I’m Jim – and for almost 20 years, I’ve worked with cultural organizations of all sizes and types in the US and beyond: designing strategy, growing audiences, and innovating new models.


Today, I work with arts leaders to build audiences for the future, using a bespoke framework that incorporates lessons drawn what’s working in other sectors, including sports, immersive experiences, content creation, and more.
